The idea

one page, two kinds of visitor, both treated with care. A heavy, plain heading: "Need help, or want to help? Both doors are open.", the second line in deep green. Under a thick rule the section splits in two, each half with a small drawn door. "I need food": no referral needed, the three opening times as a ruled list, the address with a step-free note, and a pale green box with a number to call for a home delivery. "I want to help": one line about what volunteers do and a short form (name, email, when), then a green button. Nothing moves but the button.
