The idea

a florist's journal that reads like a seed catalogue. On blush pink, a Literata heading "Notes from the flower bench" with the last words in rose serif italic, and a line about who writes it. Three rows rise in one after another, split by fine rose rules: on the left an arched picture (bouquet, market buckets, a vase of seed heads) that drifts gently inside its frame as you scroll; on the right the category in green capitals, the date and reading time, a large serif title, a two-sentence excerpt and "Read more". "Older posts" closes it.

Palette and fonts: blush pink, deep rose, plum, leaf green · Literata 500, Instrument Serif italic, Figtree
