The idea

a recipe that is easy to cook from. On warm cream, the title in soft Fraunces with a green squiggle under "Wild garlic", the tutor and the date, and four facts between rules (Serves, Prep, Cook, Level). Beside it the ink and wash table drawing, with one big rounded corner, wipes in from the top as you scroll. A short serif standfirst and three paragraphs on picking garlic and choosing potatoes, then the wheat ingredients box slides up beside the method: seven steps with green ringed numbers. A ruled card at the end pairs it with the beetroot dish and books the class.
