The idea

a photo essay on a dark gallery wall, where the pictures make the noise and the words stay still. A huge Instrument Serif title wipes in, with "Calder" in amber; the walks, frames and keepers count up between thin rules. The first painting starts inset with rounded corners and opens out to the full width as you scroll; a calm column of light-on-dark text follows, with the rainy street fading in beside its caption. The last painting opens out the same way, then a slow serif strip of print prices and dates runs past, and an amber button books a photo walk.
