The idea

a help article that explains before it fixes. On white, one centred reading column: a Sora title, "Why is my Wi-Fi slow upstairs?", with "slow upstairs?" on a copper wavy underline. Three paragraphs explain the problem in plain words. Then a drawn cross-section of a house, in ink, teal and copper, shows the router in its cupboard, the signal rings fading through the floor, and one weak bar in the back bedroom, with four numbered spots and a key under it. A short "find the weak spot" section follows, and the post ends with an accordion of four fixes, each with a cost chip (Free in teal, paid in copper), and a dark "Still slow?" box with the phone number. The accordion opening is the only motion.
