The idea

a 404 in the bakery's own voice. On flour cream, the gouache of an empty bread shelf sits in a pale mount, turned a little, with "Everything gone by nine. It happens." under it. Beside it a big Young Serif heading, "This page sold out early.", with "sold out" underlined by hand in amber. One calm line says the page has gone (never the visitor's fault), then a search field with a rust button, and three ruled links in the heading font: today's bakes, celebration cakes, visit the shop. The phone number closes it.

Palette and fonts: flour cream, crust brown, rust, amber, warm grey-brown · Young Serif, Karla
