The idea

a family album you scroll through. On deep crust brown a Young Serif heading is uncovered from the left ("Three generations. One sourdough starter.", the starter in gold), a gold "baking since 1962" badge rocks on the corner, and three gold numbers count up: 62 years, 3 generations, 1,400 loaves a day. Below, four cream cards stack as you scroll, each with its risograph picture: Ted's van in 1962, Jean's starter in 1985, Dev's croissants in 2004, and the shop today on a gold card. Each card has its year in big crust-brown type, a title, two lines and who was at the oven. The pictures zoom a little on hover.

Palette and fonts: crust brown, flour cream, gold, peach, dark crumb · Young Serif, Karla 800 and 400
