The idea

the blog page of a firm people trust with their tax. On warm paper, a navy Libre Franklin heading on the left, "Plain-English notes on tax, pay and running a small firm.", with the last words underlined in deep green, a two-line promise and "All 64 notes". On the right a plain ruled list under a heavy navy rule: the date in a fixed column, the title in bold, one line of excerpt under it, the category in green small capitals at the end of the row. Page numbers and "Older notes" close it. The title goes green and underlined on hover; nothing else moves.

Palette and fonts: warm paper, navy ink, deep green, slate grey · Libre Franklin 800, 700 and 400
