Answer the phone.
A person picks up by the third ring, 9 to 5. Not a menu, not a form.

Fix the fee first.
You know the price before we start. If the job grows, we ask before the bill does.

Say it in plain words.
If we must use a tax term, we explain it in the very next sentence.

Treat your deadline as ours.
In 22 years we have not missed a January deadline for a client. We file in December.
