Copperline Broadband · help and contact

Try these first. Most fixes take two minutes.

Seven in ten calls we get are one of these four. If none of them sorts it, the number is on the right and a real person answers.

01

My internet has stopped. What do I try first?

Turn the router off at the wall, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.

  1. Wait for the light to go steady white (up to 3 minutes).
  2. Still red or orange? Check the gray cable is pushed in at both ends.
  3. Still no luck: call us, we can test the line from here.
02

Is there a fault in my area?

Put your ZIP code into the service status page. It shows any fault near you, what we are doing about it and when we expect it fixed.

03

The Wi-Fi is slow in one room.

Move the router off the floor and out of closets, away from the microwave and the fish tank. Still slow? Ask for a free booster plug: we mail it the next day.

04

I'm moving house. What happens to my broadband?

Tell us your moving date at least two weeks before. Your broadband moves with you, there is no fee, and your contract stays as it is.
