Backlog
I'm a year behind. Is that a problem?
No, and you are far from the only one. We catch up the backlog first at a one-off fixed price, then keep you up to date every month.

Your part
What do I actually have to do?
Take a photo of each receipt and forward the odd invoice. We do the rest and send you a one-page summary by the 7th of every month.

Software
Do I have to change my software?
No. We work in all the main online bookkeeping apps, and in a spreadsheet if that is what you have. If a switch would save you money, we say so once.

Tax
Will you do my sales tax return too?
Yes, from the Business plan up. Every return is filed on time through Making Tax Digital and checked by a second person before it goes.

Leaving
What if I want to leave?
One month's notice, and your books leave with you, tidy and complete. We never hold anything back.
