Can I import my projects from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Drop in a CSV or Excel file and each row becomes a task, with its dates and owner. Most imports take under a minute.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: up to 3 projects and 5 people, free for ever. No card needed to sign up.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, on iPhone and Android, and it works offline. Your changes sync when you are back online.

How much is Taskwise Pro?
$8 a person a month, or $80 a year (two months free). You only pay for people who edit; guests are free.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in two clicks under Settings › Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and your projects stay where they are.
Do you add sales tax?
UK customers pay sales tax at 20% on top of the price. Every invoice downloads from Billing, ready for your accountant.

Can clients see a project without paying?
Yes. Invite them as guests: they can view, comment and approve, free, and they never see your other projects.
Who can see my tasks?
Only the people in that project. A private task is yours alone; not even an admin can open it.
Where is my data kept?
In London and Dublin, encrypted at rest and on the way. Export everything at any time, in one file.
