You've heard
The truth
Myth: Carbs make you put on weight.
No single food does. Portions and how often you eat matter far more. Bread and pasta stay on your plan.
Myth: You need a detox to reset your body.
Your liver and kidneys do that every day, for free. Juice cleanses mostly cost money and leave you hungry.
Myth: Eating well is expensive.
Frozen veg, tins, eggs and oats all count. Our family meal plans come to about $4 a person a day.
Myth: You have to give up sugar completely.
A little is fine. We find where most of yours comes from (usually drinks) and start there.
Myth: I need my doctor to refer me.
You don't. Book with us directly, and we write to your doctor if you would like us to.
