Q1Which subjects and levels do you teach?
Math only, and we are good at it: 4th grade to AP, including 11+ and Further Math AS.
Q2Online or in person?
Both. Online on a shared whiteboard, or at your home within 5 miles of Hebden Bridge for $5 more.
Q3My child says they are "just bad at math". Can you help?
Most of our students start out saying that. We begin with what they can already do, fix one gap at a time and keep the pace calm.
Q4How many lessons will they need?
Most come weekly for a term. Every six lessons you get a short progress note, and we tell you honestly when they can stop.
Q5Are your tutors checked?
Yes. Every tutor has an enhanced DBS check and a math degree or qualified teacher status.
Q6What if we need to cancel?
Free with 24 hours' notice. Later than that, the lesson is charged.
Q7How do we pay?
Monthly by bank transfer, after the lessons, never in advance. A bundle of 10 lessons saves $30.
