Water is coming through the ceiling. What do I do now?
- Turn off the stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink: turn it clockwise.
- If water is near a light or a socket, switch off the electrics at the fuse box.
- Call us. We stay on the line and talk you through the rest while we drive.
How much is an emergency call-out?
$95 from 8am to 8pm, $145 at night, at weekends and on public holidays. It includes the first 30 minutes of work. We tell you the price of the rest before we start.
How quickly can you get here?
Usually within 90 minutes, day or night, across Maidstone, Tonbridge and the Malling villages. We text you the plumber's name and a live arrival time.
Can you fix it on the first visit?
Nine times out of ten. If a part must be ordered, we make everything safe first and come back when it suits you, with no second call-out fee.
Do you fix furnaces too?
Yes. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered and carry parts for the most common furnaces in the van.
