Dear new customer,

Will the flowers arrive fresh?Yes. We cut and wrap them the morning they leave, standing in water, in a box with a cool pack, and they travel overnight by tracked courier.

What if nobody is home?The courier leaves the box in a safe place or with a neighbor and texts you a photo. The flowers are happy in it for a whole day.

Can I choose the flowers?You choose the colors; we choose the best stems that morning from British growers. That is how we keep them fresh and the price fair.

What if something is wrong?Send us a photo within two days and we will send new flowers or refund you, whichever you prefer. No forms.
