Week 1
Instruction
We check your ID, open your file and send the fixed fee in writing.

Weeks 1 to 4
Searches
Local, water and flood searches on the house, ordered the same day.

Weeks 3 to 8
Inquiries
We read the contract pack and ask the other side about anything unclear.

Week 9 or 10
Exchange
You sign, the deposit goes over and the date is fixed. Now it is binding.

Moving day
Completion
The money moves by noon and the agent hands over your keys.

Weeks 11 and 12
After you move
We pay the Stamp Duty and register you as the owner.
