Step 1 · Day 1
Survey
30 minutes
We: visit, or video call, and walk round every room.
You: show us the loft, the shed and the piano.

Step 2 · Day 2
Quote
within 24 hours
We: send a fixed price in writing. It will not change on the day.
You: pick a date. A $50 deposit holds it.

Step 3 · The day before
Pack
4 to 6 hours
We: wrap, box and label everything, beds and plates included.
You: keep one bag back for the night.

Step 4 · Moving day
Move
6 to 9 hours
We: two vans, four movers, blankets on every banister.
You: hand over the old keys and follow the van.

Step 5 · The next day
Settle in

We: come back to build the beds and take every box away.
