1Week 1 · 1 hour

Measure

We measure every wall, pipe and socket, and ask how you really cook.

You put the kettle on and show us what drives you mad.

2Weeks 2–3 · two visits

Design

We draw it in 3D and bring door, worktop and handle samples.

You choose the sage, the oak and the brass. Change your mind for free.

3Weeks 4–5 · 8 to 10 days

Fit

We put dust sheets down and sweep the room every evening.

You live on takeout for a week. We leave you a working sink.

4Week 6 · the first cup

Done

We walk round with you, fix any snags and hand over a 10-year guarantee.

You make the tea, and invite the neighbors round to look.
