The idea
the money question before a viewing, answered without small print. On cool white, a heavy Schibsted heading, "What it costs to move in, to the penny.", with "to the penny." on a burnt-orange hand-drawn underline. One white Table works out four sample homes the same way: rent a month, the holding deposit (one week), the deposit (five weeks) and, on the right, the total before you move in, the one column that matters, with an orange Accent line on its header and its numbers in bold petrol. All the money lines up in tabular figures to the penny. Under it, three ruled columns say the rules in plain words, and a petrol button closes it.
