The idea

respect first, then the facts. On warm stone, a light Literata heading ends in a heather-purple italic "gently." Under it, a white card with a heather rule on top holds what a grieving family needs most: "Day or night", the phone number large, the names of the two people who answer, one button and the address. On the right, six numbered questions in a quiet serif list with wide spacing and thin rules: what to do first, the real prices, the pace, non-religious funerals, visiting, and what to do if money is short. Nothing moves except the button.
