The idea

take away the worry of arriving somewhere new. A small gull-and-waves badge sits beside the Young Serif heading "Your arrival, step by step" and three sage chips with the check-in facts. Four white cards follow, each with a coral or navy top edge, a round icon (car, key, tea, plate), the time in a big serif ("On the day", "From 3pm", "5 minutes later", "8am to 9.30am"), what happens, and a small italic note under a dashed line. A navy bar ends it with "Your room is waiting.", the late-arrival text line and a yellow button.
