The idea

a post that lowers the reader's shoulders. On soft lilac-white, a split header: the soft Fraunces title "Sleep when your mind won't stop", with "won't stop" in indigo serif italic, the author and "6 min read"; on the right the flat moon-and-cat picture in an arch. A thin rule, then a gentle Fraunces standfirst and a roomy column with the most generous line height on the page. A numbered list of five things to try, an H3 for three in the morning, and a lilac note on getting urgent help. The post ends in a white author box: initials in an indigo ring, name, a two-line bio, and one button. Nothing moves but the button hover.

Palette and fonts: lilac-white, indigo, soft lilac, terracotta, ink · Fraunces 500 (Soft), Be Vietnam Pro, Instrument Serif italic for the accent
