The idea

the tasting menu told one course at a time. On charred dark, the left column stays pinned while you read: an Instrument Serif heading, "Eight courses, one fire.", wipes in, with "one fire." in ember-orange italic; a huge orange 8 counts up beside "courses, about three hours"; the three prices sit on gold-ruled lines; a gold "Cooked over wood" badge turns slowly on the corner. On the right eight course cards pin one over another as you scroll, a little lower each time: the course number, its name, one line, a gold wine pairing with a glass icon, and a round picture (four risograph dishes) or a round gold line drawing for the courses without one. The allergen line sits under the button.
