Below, one white table: nine dishes down the side (name, marks, a short line) and seven allergens across the top (gluten, milk, egg, nuts, sesame, mustard, fish), a round green tick where a dish contains one and a quiet dash where it doesn't; the rows fade up one after another. Under it, the allergens that are tracked but not shown, the cross-contact line and a link to the PDF. On phones the table becomes a list: each dish with its allergens as green pills.
