The idea

terms that read like a good book, not a contract dump. One centred column on warm paper, between strong black rules: a Fraunces "Terms of business", the date, version and reading time, then "The short version" in a sand box: four ruled lines, each starting with the point in bold. The contents sit in two columns of cobalt links. The clauses follow under numbered headings, each paragraph with its clause number (2.1, 2.2) hanging in cobalt in the left margin, so the text column stays clean. One plain link and one square button for the PDF close it.
