The idea

the pre-order slip from the counter, online. On flour white, Fraunces says "Saturday bread, saved for you." with a crust-brown hand-drawn line under the last words, and when to order by. Five bakes sit in a ruled list: the name, one line (with "4 left" where it matters), the price lined up and a round quantity stepper that turns dark when something is chosen. Four time pills follow, one dashed and marked "full". A total and one crust-brown "Pre-order and pay" button close it. On the left, the risograph loaf and a sand card with the address, the hours and a phone number for latecomers.
