The idea

a long menu kept short on screen. On warm cream, a bold Sora heading "Thai food, as hot as you like" with a chilli-red zigzag under "as hot", a line on the curry pastes, and a cream key box: heat as red pills with one, two or three chillies (Mild, Medium, Thai hot), and the VG, GF and N marks. Under it the noodle soup picture tilts up into place as it scrolls in. On the right the menu is an Accordion of five sections that arrive one after another; Small plates is open, and each dish shows its price lined up, what is in it, its chilli pill and marks. The fish sauce, shellfish and peanut line and one red button close it.
