The idea

a returns page that answers "can I send it back?" in five seconds and gives the detail after. On wool cream, a Clash Display "Returns and refunds" with "refunds" on a dotted mustard line, then "The short version" in one large Fraunces paragraph. Three soft teal cards, a little wider than the text, show the return in three steps with round teal numbers. A two-column contents list leads to six numbered sections; the returns address sits in a white card, and one teal button starts a return.
