The idea

the board above the till, made tidy. On light kraft, a heavy Sora heading, "Coffee, mostly.", with "mostly." underlined in rust, and beside it a coffee-brown card for this week's filter with an "Order ahead" button. Below, three white tables side by side (Espresso bar, Filter and tea, Not coffee), each with a brown header row naming the two sizes, a drink and its short note on the left and two prices lined up on the right; a dash marks a drink that comes in one size. The extras (other milks, an extra shot, syrups, your own cup) sit in a ruled row of four, and the allergen line closes it.
