The idea

the food talks, the page stays calm. On warm cream, a serif heading arrives word by word, "Cooked over fire, served by the season.", with "fire" in ember red. Under it the short story, this week's four plates with prices on dashed rules, the ember "Book a table" button and the phone number. On the right a mosaic of risograph prints: the long Friday table large, two plates small. Every few seconds one tile changes: the next dish wipes up from the bottom and settles, never two at once. Arrows and a Pause button sit under it.

Palette and fonts: warm cream, ember red, deep herb green, charcoal · Cormorant Garamond 600, Manrope
