The idea

the counter menu as a row of giant names. On near-black, a wide uppercase Archivo title is uncovered line by line behind a chilli-red shutter: "Slurp first. Talk later.", with "Talk later." in yolk-yellow outline letters. A yellow "Open till 11pm, no bookings" badge with a drawn bowl and chopsticks turns on the top right. Below, six bowls as big link rows: number, name, what is in the broth and a yellow price lined up on the right. Point at a row and the bowl picture follows the cursor, tilted, while the name turns red and slides a little. The allergen line and "Order to collect" follow, and a red strip of extras scrolls across the foot.

Palette and fonts: near-black, charcoal, chilli red, yolk yellow, spring-onion mint · Archivo 900 (wide), IBM Plex Sans
